My trip to Madrid
(also Toledo, El Escorial, Avila, Segovia on 15.03...21.03.2001)
To visit Toledo is very good choise to take a bus (605 pts) from Estacion
Sur de Autobuses (Mendez Alvaro metro stop), because there are problems with
parking in this city. Busses leave after evry 30 minutes and trip takes
60-90 minutes depending on traffic. They said that train will take 75
minutes.
To visit El Escorial, Avila and Segovia we used car. Parking is still
problem, but view from car window in nice too (higest point crossing
mountains 1880 m).
